Samuel graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in communication.

 

Since his admission as a barrister and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Samuel has practised primarily in the areas of personal injury, employment law, crime and traffic law.

 

He has appeared as counsel in the Magistrates Court, the Children's Court, the District Court and the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

 

Samuel has also appeared as counsel in the State Administrative Tribunal, the Fair Work Commission, the Industrial Relations Commission of Western Australia and WorkCover WA.

 

Samuel strives to provide practical, cost-effective solutions to all client matters.
